Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on defective merchandise, which means you have two weeks after receiving your products to request a return. If your products were damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company and file a claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Help@InspiredWall.US. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on returning your products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defects, Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that our teakwood panels vary in color since they are from made from recycled teakwood, reclaimed from old buildings. This is to be expected and not considered a product defect. Damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for reasons other than defect or wrong item. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% if we find that the product return was unwarranted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
